1. Showing up 5 min before the appointment is appreciated. This allows you to settle in for the best experience Hair Junkie has to offer.
2. Late arrivals for appointments; Hair Junkie may be able to accommodate a 10-15 minute window into the scheduled appointment. Outside of this window may result in a rescheduling of the services. This will be up to the stylist discretion.  Multiple late arrivals may result in service fee.
3. We accept all forms of payment, however, gratuities for stylists are done as CASH ONLY!
4. We understand things come up, but please note that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Those appointments moved or cancelled day of may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the services booked and will be applied to the next service.
5. Specialty services could result in a booking deposit of 50%. This may be returned upon a 48 hour cancellation.
6. Salon Ethics. At Hair Junkie we strive to provide a safe space for our clients and team.  Hair Junkie and its Team reserve the right to refuse service to any clients should they feel threatened due to disrespectful behavior.  Any sort of behavior will not be tolerated and be dealt with accordingly.
7. We would love to meet your kids! If they are hanging out during your service, or coming in to get a service done, we would ask the parents to kindly provide the kiddos with what they need ( ie: ipad/snacks/books). This will help to ensure the best experience for everyone!
8. Cell Phones; out of respect for all, please set your phones to silent/vibrate.
9. Clients under the age of 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult for any Technical/Color services.
10. Toner is necessary for all technical services and has an additional charge of $60
