We ask you to please read this fully; any violation of our guidelines could
possibly result in our right to refuse business. We want to see you so please help us out!

Clients can request a masked appointment so please indicate this upon booking your appointment and our front desk team will be happy to make note of it.

Employee Mental Health and Safety Policy
Please note that any disrespectful behaviour towards any members of The Hair Junkie Team could result in client termination. We pride ourselves in continuing to provide a safe space for our team and clients; we ask you to do so in kind.

New Client Appointment Policy
All NEW client colouring services will require a 50% deposit to book an appointment. Any cancellations made before 48 hours of the booked appointment, your deposit will be reimbursed.  If you cancel within 48 hrs, the deposit will be paid to your stylist in full for compensation for the missed appointment.

NOT responding to your text/email confirmation is NOT cancelling your
appointment-you must contact the salon to cancel.

Existing client appointment policy 
Any confirmed appointments that are no showed/last minute cancelled you
will be required to pay 50% of missed appointment before re-booking.

*ALL CLIENTS must cancel 48 hours prior to booked appointment in order to
not be affected by cancellation fee*

We understand emergencies occur and exemptions will be made through
management only.  We ask that you be kind to our front desk operators as
they are only following directions.

We are revising our mask policy starting May 1st

Stylists, clients and staff will have the choice to wear a mask while in the salon
